All our walks are within a short drive of Swindon.

All the trail pages include an illustrated map and a link to Multimap.com showing you the exact start point.  Our illustrated maps are only a guide and you may want to use an Ordnance Survey Explorer series map and a compass. Another useful feature of trail page is the centre point OS map reference and a link through to the Ordnance Survey Get-a-map service where you can print a small section of the map free of charge!

This is a proper trail, we love it and think it's great fun, but you need to be a little adventurous and be prepared to get a little muddy in wet weather as you feel your way through the wood off the beaten track.

Simply a great place for an afternoon walk which is suitable for all abilities and all weather conditions.  No sheep or cows to worry about and keep your eye out for the "doggy dip"

Starting at the bottom of Kite Hill we head along a Bridleway and around Warneage Wood (opposite the Cross Keys Pub!!!).  A walk across some farm land before ascending Pack Hill to Upper Wanborough on our way back to the start on this circular trail.

This trail takes us through some of the peaceful countryside that surrounds the Hannington Village. Hannington is a designated conservation area making this a beautiful setting for our trail. There is plenty of wildlife, rabbits, pheasants, butterflies and sheep, yes sheep! However, these can be avoided if you need to.

Enjoy a circular walk through medieval ridge and furrowed hay meadows. The trail takes you along the edge of the river ray. This is a very peaceful and relaxing walk with lovely views across the countryside. This is a conservation walk where access has been provided under the DEFRA farm conservation scheme.

This trail is regularly walked by Tara's Border Collie friend Millie. It is a local route which follows a brook along a quiet lane past the pretty church of St. Mary's before taking you through the 'Moredon Tree Collection' and around 'Plaum's Pit' a popular fishing spot.  It's a great walk in the centre of town where you can meet other doggy pals
