trail instructions for Nightingale
Wood because there are new all weather
paths and 3 well sign posted routes
around this young woodland park.
Park the car in the car park
and choose which route you fancy,
take our map and combine routes.

No sheep or cows to worry about
so dogs can run around freely no
doubt they will find the "dog
dip" along the way!
Easy to find and a nice place
for an enjoyable stroll around the
wood which is totally flat the whole
way round and ideal for young families.
Dog bins are provide around the
park for your convenience.
Nightingale Wood has 3,500 metres
of new paths to take visitors to every part of this very exciting new woodland,
which is owned and managed by Forest Enterprise. This beautiful new woodland
also boasts a bird hide overlooking a meandering stream and wildlife
areas. Here you can pause for a rest, watch the birds and put your feet up.
