Webbs Wood Warning!
Pip has let us know that the Forestry
are clearing some thin and dead tress
at the moment which means that you may
not be able to follow our route at the
moment. This lovely wood is still accessible
to wander about in - posted 15/4/08

Keep it safe!
We don't like thinking about it but
it's a fact of life that car thieves
operate in rural areas and we have contacted
by one walker who was an unfortunate
victim recently. So make sure that you
follow our quick guide to protect your
car and valuables so it doesn't happen
to you.
|
|
Lock it - Always lock your
car including sunroofs and windows,
don't leave them an invitation
Remove it - Take your possessions
with you and don't leave valuables in
your glove box
Hide it - Never leave anything
on view. If you can't take your possessions
with you them by locking them in the
boot

Looking for Short walks in Swindon?
Tara's Trails was started when we found it almost
impossible to find walks in and around Swindon that weren't
half day or whole day treks. We are building up a website of
short walks that can be completed in about 2 hours and less
than 3.5 miles. So don't worry if you are not a rambler these
walks should be suitable for that Sunday afternoon stroll.
